Why is the Prescription date important?

Eyeglass prescriptions are valid for 12 months from the date of the examination, unless otherwise specified by the Doctor. We cannot accept orders with expired prescription dates, which is why we ask for it.

What is the return policy?

At EYEGLASSES4ALL.COM your satisfaction is guaranteed. If you are not pleased with your purchase, simply call us within 7 days, and we will be happy to exchange or refund your order. However, eyeglass frames purchased for under $50 cannot be returned. Please see our full return policy for complete policy information.

What is the standard processing time for my order?

Most orders are processed and ready to ship within 2-3 business days and should arrive within 3-5 days after shipment. We ship all orders with either USPS or UPS. Some orders may have an additional processing time due to lens back-order, these may include prescriptions with a high sphere, high cylinder or other made-to-order lenses. If your order has any extended delays we will notify you via email within 24 hours.
